Having joined the Aberdeen office in 2008 after graduating from the University of Aberdeen as a graduate surveyor, James passed his Assessment of Professional Competence in 2011 and was elevated to MRICS status as a result of the well-established training programme within the firm.
This is now
James is based within the commercial agency department and is involved primarily with the sale, letting and acquisition of industrial property for a variety of national and local clients throughout Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire. He also deals with retail and business properties along with residential development sites. In addition, James is an APC Mentor, providing support to candidates during their APC structured training.
Rest and play
A resident of Aberdeen, James enjoys frequenting the gym on a regular basis along with enjoying the occasional game of golf, touch rugby, mountain biking and socialising.
