Shepherd’s six pack of promotions across Scotland
To reflect recent growth and deliver on succession planning, Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has announced six promotions across its residential and commercial operations in Scotland.
Edinburgh office residential surveyor Ed Cook and Glasgow office commercial agency surveyor Adam Honeyman become partners while the firm’s four new associates are Edinburgh-based residential surveyor Luke Howie and commercial property management team member Daniel Smith, and commercial surveyors Chris Johns, Glasgow and Gavin Russell, Dundee.
Commenting on the promotions, Ian Fergusson, Shepherd’s new senior partner, said: “These well-deserved promotions across the various departments highlight the strength and depth of services that Shepherd offer across the national branch network and reflect the success of our strategy to train and nurture talent in-house, harnessing the power of the next generation of surveyors as we continue on our planned programme of growth and diversification.
“All our newly promoted surveyors richly deserve their step up, and all have been trained in-house, and I look forward to seeing their careers flourish as they develop new skills within their enhanced roles.
Originating in Scotland in 1880, with a network of 39 offices, Shepherd Chartered Surveyors offers a multi-disciplinary property service with over 250 staff and an enviable graduate and trainee recruitment programme where there is a commitment to training the next generation which is paramount to the continued succession of the business.
