Shepherd tops commercial property search expert’s disposals report for second year in succession
Shepherd Chartered Surveyors has secured the top spot in commercial property search expert NovaLoca’s annual disposals report for the second year in succession.
The report analysed 49,500 property adverts, comparing properties across all sectors: retail, industrial, leisure, office, and land.
The top five companies with the highest number of disposals accounted for 21% of all disposals, with Shepherd Commercial securing first place, accounting for 6.15% of disposals.
