Who
Aberdeen born, Iain is a Residential Surveyor and Member of the Royal institution Of Chartered Surveyors forming part of the Residential Team based in Aberdeen.
That was then
Iain graduated from the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen in 2014 achieving BSc (Hons) Surveying. He then gained his MRICS status in June 2018 following the completion of the Assessment of Professional Competence and has since been working within the Residential Valuation discipline.
This is now
Iain joined Shepherd Surveyors in August 2020 and now forms part of the Residential team based in Aberdeen. He carries out a variety of inspections on residential properties including Home Reports, Mortgage Lending, and Energy Performance Certificates.
Rest and play
Iain is a keen supporter of Aberdeen football club and is also an avid motorsport fan. He also enjoys a round of golf and spends the remainder of his time socialising with friends and family.
