Fraser is a Residential Surveyor and Valuer in the Residential department of our Montrose office.

That Was Then
Before joining Shepherd, Fraser studied Residential Surveying and Valuation, graduating in 2022 whilst training at a firm in the Dundee and Angus areas from 2019, before he joined our team in Montrose in 2024.

This Is Now
Fraser forms part of the residential team within the Montrose office. His work includes: Home Report surveys, mortgage valuations, valuations for tax purposes and Energy Performance Certification.

Rest And Play
Fraser enjoys trail running, hiking and climbing. His other interests are electronic music production and spending time with his dog.
