Who
Stornoway-born Craig Nicol is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is a based in our Aberdeen office.
That was then
Having graduated from Aberdeen University in 2001, Craig joined another firm of Chartered Surveyors in Aberdeen and qualified MRICS in 2004. Following a career break to travel worldwide in 2008, he rejoined his previous employer at its Dundee office prior to joining Shepherd’s Aberdeen office in 2010. He was promoted to Associate in 2015.
This is now
Craig is employed in the residential valuation department, carrying out inspections and valuations of residential property for a variety of purposes, including Home Reports, mortgage lending and Energy Performance Certificates.
Rest and play
Married with a young family, Craig enjoys spending time with his family and friends. A keen follower of most sports he enjoys participating in road cycling, swimming, hill walking and winter sports.
