We’re excited to start the year with another great auction catalogue of commercial properties going under the hammer in our live-streamed auction on Tuesday 28th February.
This month we have 17 lots filling the pages of our catalogue. Our lots cover a wide range of commercial property and development land opportunities across Scotland with guide prices starting at only £7,500+.

Our auction starts with lot No 1, 26 - 28 Clarendon Place in Stirling, a two-storey end-terraced residential property of traditional stone and slate construction which represents a great development opportunity. Occupying a prime location close to Stirling city centre, this property has a guide price of £20,000+.
Acting on behalf of Transport Scotland, we are offering for sale three fields at Upper Murthat, Moffat in the Annandale district of Dumfries & Galloway. All irregular shaped agricultural fields and located adjacent to the A701 the fields each have gated access direct from the public road.
